Tom and Sonja have spent over 40 years living in Central, Southern and West Africa. Wildernest Safari Inn is a showcase for the art, crafts and memorabilia collected from Cameroon, Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Mauritania, Mozambique, Niger, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
Hausa and Zarma blankets adorn the walls while woven baskets, hand-carved wooden stools, animals and tables complement the African-themed decor. Tom’s wildlife photographs, taken on numerous safaris, are featured ithroughout the property.
